P&P is a fully owned Guyanese Company which started operations in December, 1985.
From a small beginning of two (2) Directors, a Typist and a Clerk, we have grown to a staff compliment of fourteen (14) and a clientele which is wide and varied.

During our thirty (30) years we have been able to make a mark on the insurance scene with a reputation for a strong sense of commitment to professionalism and outstanding service especially at time of claims.

We have handled several large claims during our existence details of which can be given on request. We’ve earned our reputation by responding faster, working harder, and coming through with prompt, fair-minded claims settlement.

The head of P&P is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has had wide experience dealing in general insurance, not only with P&P but with two (2) of the largest general Insurance Companies in Guyana with which he held very senior positions.

P&P places business in London through Marsh Limited, Arthur J. Gallagher (UK) Limited and Cooper Gay & Company Limited. Marsh is one of the largest Brokers in the World. Gallagher is the fourth largest Broker in the World. Cooper Gay is the World’s 6th largest Reinsurance Broker.
